10:00 am: Seniors Fitness Class GSVH – FITNESS CLASS FOR SENIORS Jenns’ fitness session has moved to Friday mornings still at 10.00am now in the Main Hall. The class focuses on gentle exercise and mobility but exercises will be targeted to individual needs and ability. No special equipment or experience is needed but you should wear loose clothing and trainers, if possible. For more details email: hutton820@gmail.com or call 07729 462326 £7 per session Think it won’t do you any good - give it a try and find out - stay fit!!!!
